All I know is that eporner has a lot of free videos, and Gizmo is way better than DeoVR. DeoVR needs you to screw with settings for like 10 minutes and still the image looks flat. Eporner is mostly HD content, so I assume watching videos there uses more bandwidth than some other sites.. but I'm still able to access dozens of other HD streaming sites. I also frequent sites for streaming TV shows and none of those have been blocked. Is there anything I can do to pinpoint this problem and possibly troubleshoot it.
